[GCompris] Major rework on activities information

Hi,

Emmanuel, with the help of Rachel, Anne-Françoise and Timothée reworked a
lot of strings that are displayed in the different activities.

As these strings will need to be translated, we need to avoid to change
them often.

If you have some time, please review them in
https://invent.kde.org/education/gcompris/-/merge_requests/185/diffs. You
can either directly make comments in the merge request or here by mail.
