Number of levels in grammar_classes

Hi,

I'm preparing the Czech (cs) dataset for grammar_classes (and
grammar_analysis) activity, but I realized that the activity doesn't
load all 10 levels of my activities. I'm trying to find out why (going
through activity code including grammar_analysis.js), but I'm not
successful. The activity always loads only 9 levels. Can you give it a
look? My code is in forked repo here:
