GCompris release 3.1

Hi,

Due to a critical issue in one of the new activity (
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464508), we had to do a fix and
publish a 3.1 today.

There is only one new string in the changelog that only appears once, so we
created the release even if it is not translated.

We updated the website with a small news to explain the issue. You can find
the corresponding po file at https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/
gcompris-net.po/.
We've already uploaded the translations for the locales that are already
translated.
