New International morse code merged in master

Hi,

we recently merged a new activity in the master branch to discover the
morse code.
It was started a few years ago by a contributor but never finalized so we
took the time to improve the code and Timothée did the design as usual :).

There are mutliple levels to convert in both ways (from morse to
letters/digits), and an audio mode too, where a letter/word is played in
morse code and the child needs to find the corresponding word.

Feel free to test and give feedback before we do an official release with
it!
