Bump to Qt 5.12 minimum

Hi,

I've just commited in master the bump to Qt 5.12 as minimum version. It
will only affect the next major version, not the 2.x series.

Please make sure that starting of now we use the following Qt modules
versions in the future commits we do:

QtQuick.Layouts 1.12
QtQuick 2.12
QtQuick.Particles 2.12
QtQuick.Window 2.12
QtMultimedia 5.12
QtQml 2.12
QtQml.Models 2.12

The "plan" is to move to QtQuick Controls 2 to remove the QtQuick Controls
1 that have been deprecated and has been removed in Qt6 (
https://invent.kde.org/education/gcompris/-/merge_requests/108) once the
multiple issues have been resolved.
