New comparator activity in master branch

Hi,

we recently merged an activity in master to learn how to compare numbers.
A list of pairs of numbers is displayed and the child has to find if the
first number is lower, higher or equal to the second one.
There are multiple levels of difficulties, where the numbers are bigger and
with decimal numbers too.

It was started by Aashta during the GSoC, I reworked and finalised the code
then Timothée reworked the graphics.

Feel free to test and give any feedback that can help us improve the
activity before the next release.
