GSoC Proposal 2021

Hello everyone!

I am Harsh Kumar, Computer Science undergrad student at IIIT Delhi, India. I am working on GSoC project from December 2020, and now I wish to work on GCompris project for GSoC 2021. Thus, I've prepared a draft for the same.
