no music and voices on raspberry pi 4

Hi,

I'm running gcompris on the latest raspbian on a Raspberry pi 4.
I can hear sound effects (like bump sound of the ball or the hose in the
fireman game) but no voices or music.
The settings for Music and voice are on.
I've tried the latest 0.97 version from the downloads page and also version
0.95 from the debian repository - same result.

Bellow you can find the log from the terminal:
