Request for string freeze break for Compris 0.97

Hi,

we just got the addition of the Macedonian locale and it would be
great to add a small note in the changelog that appears when running
GCompris after an update.

Line would be: "Translation added for Macedonian."

Is it ok break the freeze to add it?
