Welcome! A few comments:
* Please subscribe to the list, else someone has to validate every message
you send.
* Sending attachments in a mailing list should be avoided.
* Sorry to be rude but your proposal lacks... a lot of things.  There is a
typo in the name of the project. The community bonding period is not about
planning which work you will do during GSoC, it should be done before: it
misses details on which activities you plan to work one ("Work on two
activity + Documentation and testing" every two weeks is not a plan), which
dataset you plan to implement, what are the needed changes in the
activities to make it possible to use datasets.

Don't hesitate to come in irc if you have questions about these points.
