SoK Draft Proposal

Hello Emmanuel,
Thanks a lot for reviewing my proposal. I have removed one of the activity
for now and if I would have left with time than I can work on implementing
that too.
I have updated my proposal as per all the suggestions made. Please let me
know if I need to make any other changes too :)
