Mock ups for adds on in Number with Dice activity

The following link contains mock ups for possible additions to Number with
Dice (smallnumbers) Activity.

The first one contains the images of fingers where the child would have to
click the right number of fingers that are out, in the image.
The second one contains numbers in the form of words, where the child has
to read the word and type the corresponding number.
