Tuto: How to compile and build GCompris 0.95 on Debian Based GNU/Linux distributions

Hi everyone,
I'm really happy, that I've been able to document with a screen recorder
how I've managed to compile and build gcompris the latest version 0.95 of
the Qt Quick series.

There are two things yo correct/ add to the documentation about the quick
process for developpers.

1- correct libqt5multimedia5-plugins
2- add qml-module-qtquick-controls to the qt5 dependencies to compile.
