MacOS & 0.70 compile

Sorry for the double messages; I just thought of 2 more pretty important pieces of information.  (1) I moved the QT version back to 5.6 since that was the last library against which I’ve successfully made GC packages in fairly recent versions.  All options/plugins/tools are checked when I install QT.  (2) when I run the unpackaged, locally linked executable, the errors generated from the command line, which look like a problem with SVG, are as follows:
