0.70 release without Greek

Hi Yannis,

yes unfortunately, we have no translation for Greek (
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kf5/po/gcompris_qt.po/, Greek is 20%
which are the strings we managed to retrieve from the old version). The
voices are the ones from the Gtk+ version. If you can wish to update the
translations, we can help you to set up the environment, integrate it and
create a new release with it.
