[GCompris-devel] 0.70 available for windows, but no tar.xz in src for linux ?

I was finishing the review before trying to get gcompris-qt push to openSUSE 
Factory (since I finally got some free cycles during this week-end).

I've seen the 0.70 version in windows download, put no tar.xz published in 
src.

Can someone authoritative have a look, thanks.
