GCompris on OSX (Mac)

The config.h is incomplete, it should contains the same macros as
https://github.com/gcompris/GCompris-qt/blob/master/src/core/config.h.in
Replace @GCOMPRIS_VERSION_CODE@ by 7000, @ACTIVATION_MODE@ by ON,
@BUILD_DATE@ with 160811.
