[gcompris-devel] Release 0.13 of the Qt Quick version

Hi,

Now there is 57 activities. The new ones are:
- football (by Bharath M S)
- magic-hat (by Thibaut ROMAIN)
- align4 (by Bharath M S)
- gnumch (by Manuel Tondeur)
- smallnumber (by Bruno, reusing Holger's gletters)
- smallnumber2 (by Bruno, reusing Holger's gletters)

There have been many enhancements here and there, too much to list and
thanks everyone.
