Hi,

I am not convince it is the future. It has many drawbacks. First you 
need an Internet connection and many of our users appreciate GCompris 
for its ability to work offline. Then it maybe slow depending on the 
connection.

For the performance, it is much more reactive on chromium than on firefox.
