[gcompris-devel] 0install feeds with v9

Forgot to mention...

0install will inspect presence of dependencies in native packaging
system(currently supported only rpm, deb and gentoo packages) and if
something doesn't exist will try to install missed packages via
PackageKit and if PackageKit is not installed will just fail.
