No, sorry.  It takes months to acquire basic packaging skills, and
they're developed and improved over the years.  I don't consider
myself an expert anyway.

If you want to learn about Debian packaging, read the documentation at
http://www.debian.org/devel/ and eventually consult the debian-mentors
mailing list, which is designed for this purpose.  I'd suggest to
start with a simpler package than gcompris.
