[gcompris-devel] Voices moved in a separate subversion module (Packager warning)

Now all voices are in a separated svn module:
http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gcompris/

The voices must now be put under boards/voices/<locale> instead of
boards/sounds/<locale>

To get the voices installed in the proper place, simply run:
make update-voices

Then everything should work as before.

I did this to fix the bug#327462. It's true that translators without a
good bandwidth are in trouble with GCompris but it will also improves
developers and testers as well.

Packagers please take care of this change and adapt your process
accordingly.
