The official way is to contact your translation team and send them your
translation that they will commit:
http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/

If this doesn't work, as a workaround, I can commit your po files.

For the 8.3.3 it's do late, the bug is severe enough that I don't want
to wait.

I suggest you to start translating the 8.4 version (it's our trunk).
It's currently a beta since june because I was focused on OLPC
integration. I will make a call for translation asap.

On the development front, we are still working on the OLPC integration
in the gcomprixo branch. It starts to works, the hardest part which
consisted in a complete reorganization of the boards code and data is
completed. We even have a simple script that creates an XO bundle. As
soon as it gets ready, the gcomprixo branch will become our new trunk
and be named release 8.5.
