[gcompris-devel] Preparing release 8.3.3

We have been reported a major bug on the Windows version:

This is serious because GCompris is unusable in Spanish and in any
locale where we don't have spoken congratulation. Going deeper on this
bug, I found also that even if we have them, audio congratulation were
not played on Windows.

Another issue, on all platforms, gcompris was asserting when you click
on the target image in missingletter activity.

All these fixes are commited in the GCOMPRIS_8_3 branch and I will
upload a GCompris 8.3.3 tarball and binaries tomorrow.

Are anybody aware of issues in 8.3.2 that we should consider fixing now.
