some additional notes...

arts support is apparently only broken if you are using arts 1.2(kde 3.2) 
otherwise it seems to work ok.

second RH9 RPMs will be forthcoming once the fc1 RPMs are proven to be 
somewhat stable.

third, give it until 10AM GMT on Feb 13, 2004 before you try to d/l, I'm 
uploading and it'll take a bit
