[gcompris-devel] can't build gcompris because of documentation

Hi

I cannot build gcompris rpm on red hat 9 (from sf.net srpm) because of
this perl bug with tetex
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=83215
It's there from a long time and probably won't be fixed soon. I removed
tetex so gcompris would build without docs, but configure will fail.

Could you please enable docs building only if tetex is found, otherwise
skip them?
