Added image support in the draw board with a mister patato from Renaud
Blanchard.
Added possibility to select screen width
Added infinite shape list suport in drag and drop shape style board.
Added possibiliy to desactivate the timer (in algebra)

I'll be out until Monday 13.

The fun think is to start gcompris with -a and put the glasses with
transparancy on mr potato.
By the way, -a option uses the bugged anti aliases canvas.

Let the kid have fun with mister patato.
