Yes.  Run "aclocal", and check in aclocal.m4 that the AC_TRY_RUN code
snippet containing "min_xml_version" does include string.h.

BTW, aclocal.m4 and other autotools-generated files should really not
be checked in in CVS.  The would better be added after checkout by an
autogen.sh script.  A simple "./autogen.sh; make dist" would be
sufficient then.  But well, this move can be delayed to later releases
with not much problems, if you wish to go this way :)
