[gcompris-devel] Please don't update po files unless you're translating

Hi!

I would like to kindly ask developers to stay away from checking in
updates to the *.po files in cvs without asking translators. This is for
several reasons:

* Most updates to po files by developers are usually unnecessary (they
come from "make dist", but the actual language content doesn't change)
* Lots of unnecessary updates makes cvs history for these files much
harder to follow
* Lots of unnecessary updates increases the risk for unnecessary cvs
conflicts
* Even if there should be a valid reason for a developer to update a po
file, it is better to talk to the translator first

So please refrain from checking in "updated" po files, even if make dist
generates "updated" po files. Thanks.
