Here is the changes:
Configuration cleanup.
Fixed locale for non isolatin country 
   (done by Gediminas Paulauskas)
Fixed voice repetition bug (Pascal Georges)
Fixed drag&drop deadlock in the drawing board plus includes
    now anchors to resize items properly.
Minor fixes all around.


Please test it and stress it as much as you can and please report us the
bugs found.
