In the CVS, there is a first move to full screen.

Still missing is the code that set the window to 0,0
Also I will have to include gcompris in a black surounding area to keep
gcompris from being enlarged too much because it looses quality.

Pascal, I am sory for these hack since it brings some rework to your
boards. I also add to correct all mine :(

Help and feedback appreciated on that.
