Build System

Hi,

From the docs, cmake seems to be one of the choices as a build system for funq. If that were the case (there's also e.g. qbs) I think one interesting thing that should be provided is a project skeleton/template files and some guidelines to help newcomers wanting to start development. It will also help keep some consistency between the modules and overall which would be nice. 
I was thinking about this because cmake offers several ways to achieve the same goal, so having a set of rules to begin with may also help when one has problem getting things built.

Thoughts ?
