This session is of "Status" Running, not suspended.

The status is sometimes suspended as well. Disconnection from the session
could be either with or without user intervention and this problem could
appear nonetheless.

Not sure why you highlight this.

You are right, I thought it means SSL tunneling returned a 1 (error
status). Please disregard the highlighted SSL line.

Try waiting 5 mins & re-connecting a few times before giving up.


I once tried reconnecting for 30 minutes with no success.

If that doen't work look at the contents of the session file


I always look at the content of the session file, and also try changing the
status from 'Suspended' to 'Running' or vice versa. I have also done diffs
between session file of working sessions and the problematic session, I see
no unexpected differences (just the values of startTime, sessionId,
creationTime and shadowcookie).

I did check if nxagent is still running, but I didn't check other nx
related processes. I'll make sure to check that next time.

If you run "top", is any process running away with the CPU ??


Don't know, I'll have to check next time.
