The standard is that you use a generated key pair - nxsetup --install, but 
with nxsetup --install --setup-nomachine-key you will use the standard key 
pair, which comes with the clients, so you don't need to replace that key in 
the client. The risk is not so high, because you still have to login in a user 
account.
