One or more problems around the araf:-
Check your network :-
connectivity to 91.189.89.49
DNS
http proxy (are you behind one)
etc
Check your firewall settings, port 11371
Try su -l rather than sudo for add-apt-repository
Try again later . . .
You can test keyserver.ubuntu.com directly, try:-
gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys
F3A662B57D580D3A2E98E5152A8E3034D018A4CE
This is what I get . . .

Note
When you get there you may find the FreeNX
repo has been cleared :(
