Where did you get nxnode from ?? I guess from nomachines's site.
It's not part of FreeNX, so I recommend you uninstall it.

On your server you need (from Centos)
nx-3.5.0-1.el5.centos
freenx-0.7.3-8.el5.centos
and preferably also nxclient (from nomachine)

The libraries and binaries are in :-
nx-3.5.0-1.el5.centos

OK. You said previously that the linux server DIDN'T have X installed.
If you can get a remote X session on the server it is easier to
test X issues.
Does the server have gnome or kde installed.
Try getting a FreeNX gnome session and see if you can get a terminal
running, then at the command line try
rdesktop 192.168.201.9
( You do have rdesktop installed on the Centos machine, don't you?? )

That likely means either
you aren't running from an X workstation
or
X11forwarding is disabled in the server sshd_config
If you can get a FreeNX gnome or KDE running a terminal
( it will do fine from your windows client )
you can forget about ssh -X xterm . . .
