There might be but I've never seen any.
It's all done as session parameters in the nxclient tho'.

You install nxclient on your workstation(s)
You install a FreeNX server such that it has plenty of bandwidth
to your windows server i.e. on same segment.
FreeNX speeds up any rdesktop sessions over a lower
bandwidth link between the FreeNX server and your
workstation . . .
