There's not much to be done if there's no problem with the
linux client - it could be the windows client, cygwin or
just windows . . .
It depends how much of an annoyance it is.
The nxclient 3.5.0-7 is a little different from previous
ones, so it might be worth trying an older one . . .
btw, if you run a full NX desktop, do you see the
same issue with your custom app on the linux taskbar??
