[FreeNX-kNX] How to compile FreeNX?

Dear readers,

I would like to compile FreeNX on Ubuntu 11.10 64bit, if possible, but
if I try the "easy way" as described in the INSTALL file, I get the
output pasted in at the bottom of this email.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
