Dolphin is !~#* at least at the moment anyway.
I reviewed 3G of "deleted" files in someones trash to confirm that they
could be got rid of only to find that Dolphin make a copy of all of them
in /tmp ( for some reason, probably to allow recovery if I accidentaly
cleared the trash ) and then left them there after I did clear trash.
Obviously it need a bit more work.
Try sticking with konqueror.
