Suse don't include it anymore, you have to get contrib versions from 
Buildservice

Buildservice as above will give you 0.7.3-5.1

Buildservice only provides 3.2.0-27, so if you want to go to 3.4.0 
now, you will need to compile it yourself.

I have script which does it all for you if you want.
