Does this happen only when runniing a certain program? If so, what is
it?
I suggest the following method of analysis: when a user's session is in
the frozen state, check the CPU usage of their nxagent on the NX server
host. Is it using 100% CPU? Also check the CPU usage of nxssh and the X
server on the NX client host.
Try killing the program that triggers the problem. Does the session
un-freeze? If not, is there any other change in the nxagent behaviour?
When the session is in the frozen state, run strace on it and obtain a
log of what it is doing. Analyse it or post it here.
