[FreeNX-kNX] Windows NX client custom screen size?

Revisiting an old problem.  This seems to be fixed in the latest NX 
client version that is aware of multiple monitors.  Now I am able to set 
a custom screen size of 1600x1200 to fit the external monitor even 
though the primary laptop screen is smaller than that.
