Oops, sorry - didn't connect my brain to my eyes there, you already had the part
with the startup commnand. I think the "new virtual desktop" might help here, though.

If not, please enable logging, disable the session cleanup in node.conf and look at
the logs in the ~/.nx/<F-session-dir> and the serverlog in /var/log/nxserver.log.
