The os that freenx server is running under is Ubuntu 8.04.1 and the verison
is:
NXSERVER - Version 3.2.0-74-SVN OS (GPL, using backend: 3.3.0)

These packages are installed on the server.

At first glance your conf seems ok.
Which OS are you running the server on? And which FreeNX version?

And than the other side: What is the OS+Version on your clients
Are you using the same OS and Client at home?
