[FreeNX-kNX] Send <CTRL><ALT><DEL> to an app in freeNX

Try to hit "Ctrl+alt+Insert", since for VMWare, this is the key sequence that the player translates to Ctrl+alt+del to its guest (to avoid, indeed, that the host catches  it before the guest).
