[FreeNX-kNX] NX-Client in /etc/initab with no window manager

You have several options, from prebuilt images for Windows environments to
custom built images.
I prefer the custom images, and they are realy easy to build.
Just edit the config file and ./build put the files in the tftpboot of your
server and youre done.
