[FreeNX-kNX] slow remote desktop

Im connecting directly , im using Windows XP with nomachine to connect to Fedora remote desktop but everything I do on the remote desktop is very very slow, I mean several seconds delay on everything which is very annoying.

  What connection is on each site. and what kind of slowness are you seeing?
