[FreeNX-kNX] Local Display X0 Mirroring on Debian/Ubuntu

I'm not sure if all distributions suffer from this, but I found that the
current implementation of x11vnc fails when mirroring X0 displays.  The
problem seems to stem from x11vnc not handling 127.0.0.1:0.0 as a local
display reference.  So it hangs for a few seconds and then quits.  To
circumvent this issue I now check for the display host 127.0.0.1 and don't
add it to the DISPLAY line.  Instead all x11vnc receives is :0.0 which it
handles just fine.  Attached is the patch.
