[FreeNX-kNX] Installing FreeNX the real way

This is necessary. I think make World failed.

You can do: cd nx-X11/programs/Xserver/hw/

make

> |||nxdesktop/nxdesktop|
> |||nxviewer/nxviewer/nxviewer|
> |||nxviewer/nxpasswd/nxpasswd|

Those are no longer shipped and such not longer necessary.
